I am looking forward to having many peeps over for Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Dinner this year. And I feel like I have been shopping and cooking for days already.
Recipes were searched for and printed. And I even decorated. The apartment is a bit tiny, so no tree, but it was nice to have a few things up.
And I found real cranberries. And dried cranberries. So, I made cranberry sauce and cranberry soda bread. And the 18 eggs became Deviled Eggs.
There are drinks and the kitchen is stuffed full…almost passed full. How I miss large refrigerators.
And I was suddenly ready for the celebrations.
