Last year I missed this annual party at my office. All current and past coworkers bring their kids in for a New Years celebration. Father Frost and his granddaughter, Snow Girl, made an appearance. All the kids dress up in these adorable outfits and costumes, much like Halloween in America.
This adorable girl is Iryna. She is Lyssa’s daughter and was born shortly before I arrived in Lugansk. She pops into the office now and then with her mom and we have become friends. She now loves to give me hugs and plays with all the toys at my desk. I think about fifteen years from now when this adorable child will be 17 and will visit me in the USA.
There was a Christmas Fairy and an adorable mouse. The kids were so fun and had a great time.
The office staff put on a play and told the story of Father Frost.
Here is the whole group together. it was such a great way to bring in the holidays.
