Escape From Ukraine To Budapest

All ready for three trains rides and various other modes of transportation to get from Lviv to Budapest.  We look excited now, except Chris, but wow, it was a long trip.

First Departure: the Lviv train station.  We all grabbed food for a train picnic and boarded our train for Chop.  Chop is the last city on the Ukraine side of the border.

Western Ukraine sure looks different then Eastern Ukraine.  It is hilly and green over here.  WOW!!!

After arriving in Chop, we went through customs and boarded a one car train to transport us over the boarder.  The Hungarian customs officials came through and checked every one out.  And over the bridge we went and into Hungary.  Just over the Hungarian border we changed to another train that would take us to Budapest.

The last train was about five hours and a ton of fun.  The seats were comfy and we had a six seat room for the five of us.  We just kind of sprawled out and chilled.  Not great for card playing, but great for relaxation.
