Let The Fun Begin...

Today was day one of the USAID Small Project Assistance Grant (SPA) Committee meeting. I cannot believe this is my fourth round. We meet twice a year to approve small project grant requests from PCV's in Ukraine. One of my greatest joys during my Peace Corps service has been serving on this committee. Nothing makes me happier then a room full of Americans with charts on the walls and a table full of laptops.
