Tine For Some Pickling...

 Last year I tried to do pickles...and they were AWFUL!  So, I asked my sister, Laura to send me some of our favorite pickling packets from Mrs. Wages.  And this year my friend Andrew and I canned 22 one liter jars of pickles. YEH!

Andrew washed the 15 kilograms (about 22 lbs) of pickles in my bath tub and I, of course, could not resist a picture.

Thank you, Laura for the packets.  I can not wait to try this years batch of pickles.

 

 Next up for canning is relish.
