The big man on campus for all things USA related in Ukraine visited Lugansk today. It was very casual and sucha great experience. At the last minute I was able to include Yuri and I think it was more fun for him then me.
Ambassador Tefft is getting ready to retire, but I will look forward to visiting him stateside. He was just a great guy and so down to earth. If I ever make it to the eastern side of the USA I am looking him up.
