Yuri and I were at a mexican restaurant in Kharkiv a week ago. It is not so great, but one of few choices in Ukraine. While we were there I talked about the fact that I can make chicken fajitas. First, Yuri asked for them ASAP and second, I realized that he really doesn’t like chicken.
So, tonight I made beef fajitas for him and garlic lime chicken fajitas for me. I made the flour tortillas from scratch (we cant buy them here). And I tried fried rice for the first time. Everything was amazing. I am already looking forward to making these more often in the states. I think Yuri would like them once a week, and probably even once a week of beef and once a week of lamb.
