I cant believe it has been a year since I was with the Group 43 CD Volunteers for a day of PDM training, let alone two years since I was a CD Volunteer in training, but today Julie Daniels and I presented information regarding Leadership. Julie took on the presentation and instruction of how the Peace Corps wants CD Volunteers to develop and teach leadership curriculum…and I just got to talk about what I do. I was the example. It was fabulous. I talked about my real life…apartment, Yuri and so on…and I talked about my work life in Peace Corps.
The new group is fabulous and I already looking forward to them being at their sites and getting to know them better. And finally there is a group of CD Volunteers who will go home after me. YEH!
