Most of the larger cities in Ukraine offer a certain amount of touristy things, but Odessa seems to be teeming with such things. And there is English everywhere. All the café and markets seem to be filled with English speakers, even more so than Kyiv. During our wanderings we had tour groups from Poland, Germany and England pass by once at differing points in the weekend. And there was a cruise ship in port while we were here. Odessa certainly has a great tourist trade.
