Sverdlovsk For Some Leadership Training

The leadership training seminar that I teach has been difficult to write and difficult to teach, but after several classes and trimming some material out, it has become more and more fun.  Olga and I were in Sverdlovsk today, about two hours from Lugansk and had one of our biggest groups.  There were about 70 public servants and government officials today, and we loved the space.  The group was wonderful and so receptive.  We had a great time.

I really enjoy the practical application part of this seminar when the attendees take the Myers Briggs Test and then we have the opportunity to talk about it.  This group was so talkative and had a lot of comments.  It made the training so much more fun.
