The new hot topics in Ukrainian government these days are Leadership and Transparency, so we have been doing some international conference calls to share perspectives from other cultures. Todays chat included Kazakhstan and Chernihiv, another city in Ukraine.
I did not understand a lot, but as you can see was I asked to give the American perspective today. The topic was leadership and more specifically women in leadership. Olga translated in my ear, so I got the general ideas and could make comments. It was great fun and so different from anything I have ever done before.
I even made my own place card…Amy Quick, Volunteer Peace Corps, USA in Ukraine…very cool!
