The Kyiv Central Train Station was lovely all decorated for the holidays. It was absolutely gorgeous and elegant. Last year I did not get to Kyiv during the holiday season, so I was pleased to be here for at least one holiday season. Who knows where I will be next year.
The view of the sunset from the upper bunk of my train home. This was my longest train ride to date. And ironically, my Kindle died two days ago. Thankfully, a new one is already on the way. Ordered and shipped to a PCV who is stateside for the holidays and is hand delivering it to me. Yeh! Thanks Paul!

Happy new year to you! Sad to hear that your Kindle died, mine was my lifeblood for a while when I didn't have internet hooked up in my apt.
