Ireland, Here We Come

Another early morning and this time we are training it from Shrewsbury to Holyhead.  These early morning trains are starting to crimp my vacation style, but it was really nice to spend some time getting to know Shrewsbury.

Shrewsbury Train Station at 7A…and we actually made our train.  Bur running for trains is getting old…fast.

The train rides were awesome.  The climate was perfect and the rides were so smooth.  It was a pleasure to spend so much time in trains in a first world country.

After a quick change of trains at Llandudno Junction, we were one step closer to our ferry and Ireland.

The morning light made for some beautiful pictures as we cruised through the countryside on a very fast train.

Holyhead Bay…I loved the smells and feel.  It reminded me of Oregon.  It was cold, but sunny and made for a beautiful day.
