I attend and teach a lot of trainings…and sometimes I think it just so I can have the opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. Peace Corps Ukraine is like on big family…and have all the pieces. We have drama. We have the haters. We have leaders. We have followers. But we all have LOVE! And it ROCKS!
I am not even sure who hat this belongs to…Chris or Ben, but we all had a great time taking pictures with it.
Sim is a born in the blood New Yorker…can you tell? I love this picture of him.
A bit of 43 and 41 mixing…and me with Ben’s counterpart.
Learning how to play DUROC. It is a card game that I have never really understood. But people are always playing it at Peace Corps events. It is a card game all the retired Ukrainian men play around a table in front of apartment buildings.
Just chillin’ It was great to just hang out and spend time together.
A few from the newest group of PCV’s feeling right at home among the PC Ukraine family. You have to be a bit nuts to survive here.
For many trainings it is reunion time. These ladies are all group 43 CD PCV’s and they are spread all over Ukraine. And then there is Ben feeling the love from the ladies.
More 43 peeps enjoying catching up. The adorable blonde with the cap is Kate Folta, she had the same host mom that I did in Chernihiv. It was great to see her again.
Waz up you crazy twosome? These two are trouble.
