Today is International Woman’s Day and we are celebrating around the office in a big way. I am a very lucky PCV, I work with some amazing women and they are all awesome cooks. I am beginning to wonder how I finagle some cooking lessons in the next year.
This group does some amazing things with food. And they make everything so pretty. It sure gives ‘potluck’ a whole new connotation.
These crab veggie rolls were amazing! I don’t even like fake crab, but these were so good.

And these are my flowers from Yuri. He ‘presented’ me with flowers in celebration of Women’s Day. In Ukraine Women’s Day is a national holiday and highly celebrated.
