There is just something very cool about my last moments in the United States of America for the next several years taking place in Washington DC. It makes me all gooey inside. I am looking forward to one last early morning visit to the Lincoln Memorial before staging begins.
For me, there is nothing better than DC from the Lincoln Memorial before the city comes alive.

I am so excited to see DC! I hope we can get some good site seeing in during our short time there :)
I loved living so close to DC. The Memorials late at night were my favorite. All light up and reflective. Also the spring with the Cherry blossoms blooming!
