New PCV's Arrived Into Lugansk Today
Well, the new group of PCV's finally arrived into the Lugansk region today. The new group is five in number and spread throughout the region. No one is in the city of Lugansk, and the closest is about 45 minutes away.
It seems that on the day that a new group arrives it is either very cold or very hot. I remember arriving on a very hot day. Such a crazy introduction to the most eastern region. Yickes!
