I am still a bit stunned that today was the day I said goodbye to Sara for the last time. It brings back so many crazy memories. Sara and I started as cluster mates in training together in Chernihiv and then ventured to the Luhansk region together. We have shared experiences over the past two years as both good and bad situations have past us by. My last year in Ukraine will not be the same without Sara around.
There are so many things I will miss about this girl, but I will mostly miss the girl talk. So thankful for Google Voice. I will miss her random weekend visits and overnights. I will miss the laughter and constant willingness to eat and drink whatever I make. I am already looking forward to more memories together as I have found a life long friend in this girl.
