Today is a fabulous day of celebration in Ukraine. The stories are brimming with Paska Bread and all things Eastery. I did not make the time to bake Paska Bread this year, but I did some of my own eggs. Yuri’s mom was super excited. It seems that people don’t really color eggs and put a sleeve on the same egg…but I certainly didn’t listen to that and she was so excited that they all looked so ‘pretty’.
