Olga and I are back in Romny today. And today we are teaching fundraising. It is one of the hardest subjects for me to teach. It is hard to make it understandable and relatable to Ukrainians. But slowly the concept seems to be taking effect.
The teachers resource room and all their desks. Each teacher does not seem to have their own assigned room, they move around, so no teachers desk in the rooms.
I don’t spend a lot of time in schools, so I wanted to share these with all the teachers out there. I am not even sure if this is what an average school looks like on the inside, but it seemed to be in pretty good shape.
It was so great to spend some time with Katherine and get to know her site a bit. The traveling is exhausting, as is the teaching, but the opportunity to visit so many sites of other PCV’s has been a huge blessing.
