Yup, Kyiv had 28 inches of snow or more in as many hours. It was a blast, especially for me who didn’t really need to go anywhere but the Peace Corps office for a few days.

The benefit of staying in a hostel in the center of Kyiv is that it is first to be cleared. Soon the pathways were not so bad.
