It is time for canning in Ukraine...

Yup, it is time. I love to can at home and being in Ukraine has not changed such things.

The cucumbers are washed and ready...

And lastly Apricot Pineapple Jam.

There will be tomatoes to can soon and zucchini relish to make. And come September it will be time for Apple Butter. I am so excited to live in a cultural that is all about the canning.
