So, Sara and I made are way back to Dnipropetrovsk today. We made it to the train station with 90 minutes to spare and I hung out with my Kindle in the waiting area. About 20 minutes before we were due to depart and there was still no platform posted, Patrick noticed that there was three extra letters on the train ticket. Patrick had no idea what it meant. So Sara and I went to ask. Turns out there are TWO train stations in Dnipropetrovsk and we were at the WRONG ONE. Seriously!!!
The waiting area…
So after some running between the train station and bus station, Sara and I ended up heading in different directions today. She went north to Kharkiv at 930A, after a long wait and another train ride, she arrived home at 430A. I departed toward Donetsk at 1130A, quickly met with a friend and headed onto Lugansk on train number two.
And then I met these three guys. I found this picture of them online, no, the girls were not on the train. The guys were awesome and made for a very fun trip. Sasha and Michael are identical twins and great musicians. Ilya is a high school student. There was limited Russian and limited English, but we had a great time. They are the coolest guys.
Thanks guys for a great train ride back to Lugansk!! You guys are awesome!!!
