Recently I was offered an opportunity to work in South Carolina. I turned down the offer so I can complete school, but knowing that school is completed in six months and a similar offer could be available, I have been doing a bit of research.
Being a girl from the coast I have always loved the ocean. Seeing it daily while visiting my parents last week I understand that the ocean brings me a large amount of peace and breathing space. In combining my love for the ocean and dream of living in the south, I have fallen in love with the Carolina’s and more specifically, Pawley’s Island.
The idea of renting my ideal beach house, complete with a porch hammock and winter storms, for a few years has me dreaming of my life to come. I am looking forward to my life after school and the many opportunities that my continued education is opening up for me.
